August 20 is the day when we remember and celebrate the restoration of the independence of the Republic of Estonia – the moment when our people reaffirmed their freedom and right to shape their own future.

This year, we also received important confirmation that our leadership culture is strong. Logistika Pluss’ long-time CEO Toomas Orutar was recognized at the ELEA (Estonian Logistics and Forwarding Association) general meeting for his long-term and dedicated contribution to the work of the ELEA board and council. Under Toomas’ leadership, the organizational reorganization was successfully implemented, which gave ELEA new momentum and clarity for its future development. This recognition is a sign that strategic thinking and determined work produce results – both within the company and across the sector.
