Customer satisfaction with Logistika Pluss services

2020 was a challenging year for all companies. At Logistika Pluss, we contributed to the improvement of services (warehousing services, transport services, customs services, other support services) and the customer experience. We are good to see that these activities have been successful. 55% of our customers answered our customer satisfaction survey and the average rating of the quality of Logistika Pluss service is 8.8 points and the trust index is 9.3 points out of 10!

We value customer feedback and are pleased to be trusted!

We take into account the factors that most influenced our customers’ responses, which were speed, accuracy and reliability of service, and we confirm that we are even more committed to developing our services and meeting customer expectations. In conclusion, we plan the following activities in 2021:

• We update our warehouse management software (WMS) to improve the speed and quality of services and data accuracy;

• Conduct customer service trainings in the company to further strengthen our level of communication and service;

• We will increase the range of services offered (creating e-commerce capabilities).
