Our customers highly value the reliability of Logistika Pluss

In March we conducted a Customer Satisfaction Survey. We highly value the feedback we receive from our customers and always take it into consideration when developing our services.

As we promised in the previous feedback from the satisfaction survey, 2021 was a very busy year for us. During the year, we have been working on the following points:

  • We started and will continue to implement the new warehouse management software Edge to improve the speed and quality of services and data accuracy;
  • We increased customer service competence;
  • We increased the range of services offered (e-commerce service).

This year, 52% of the companies surveyed responded to the customer satisfaction survey. The average rating for the quality of Logistika Pluss service is 8.6 points and the trust index is 9.3 points out of 10!

This year we achieved the highest trust index ever! The core values ​​of Logistika Pluss are accuracy, openness and proactivity. It is a pleasure to acknowledge that customers also highlighted open communication, competence, speed and high quality of service as our strengths in their feedback. We confirm our commitment to these values!

In 2022, we will continue to move in the wind of developing our digital systems. By consolidating our operations into one environment, we improve the availability of information for our customers. We are aware that the transition to new solutions may not always go as smoothly as planned, but we strive for the end result, which is more accurate and transparent data for our customer, a user-friendly customer environment and more efficient processes.
