The atmosphere in Logistika Pluss is full of warmth and good emotions. Only the people working in the company can create such an environment. Let’s get to know who some of these people are and what their story is.

Customs agent Sigre feels that the work environment is commendable, teamwork is good and no one is left to deal alone with worries. She has studied customs and taxation. Sigre was looking for new challenges and decided to apply because she appreciates the continuity of long-term work experience. There was also work experience from a similar position, so the onboarding went smoothly.

She especially liked that the work of all departments was thoroughly introduced during the on-boarding process. So far, Sigre has been working at Logistika Pluss for a year. She appreciates the atmosphere in the company the most, which she says is warm and pleasant.

The production manager Avo also considers working conditions to be important, pointing out that labor turnover has been minimal in recent years. This says a lot about the internal climate of the company. Avo himself has been working in the company for nine years. Previously, he held the position of shift manager in Ericsson. Since the skills and experience acquired there also connected with the vision of Logistika Pluss for a new person, it happened that Avo became the head of the newly created production department.

“If the work interests you and you want to develop, that’s the motivation,” Avo opens his views. A good manager is no less important. According to Avo, his manager, supply chain manager Rein certainly is. A competitive salary is also important in Avo’s eyes, although not the most important.

Kadi’s 12-year journey in the company has been full of movement and gaining new experiences. In the previous company, he held a position related to purchasing and inventory management, and at that time she also worked for a client of Logistika Pluss. When the company at that time was preparing to close its doors, the manager of Logistika Pluss, Toomas, was given this information with a recommendation to continue working with Kadi. Since Logistika Pluss was a very young and rapidly growing company at the time, Toomas did not wait long to get in touch. Already during Kadi’s visit to the warehouse, Toomas made her a job offer.

Kadi started working as a customer relations manager. Although the position was then unknown to the ambitious woman, she boldly jumped into the water and overcame all her fears. Initially, she worked as a customer relations manager. Then, step by step, she started to move towards sales, and finally all the focus was there. Three wonderful years at home with the children followed. When she returned to work, she quickly moved from sales back to the field of customer service. Since it is important for the company to offer customers the best service and management, Kadi came back to customer relationship management, as she has the greatest competence in this field. Kadi is definitely outstanding with her courage and concreteness. A woman with a go-getter’s soul appreciates the knowledge that was initially given to her in the form of various training courses. Kadi adds: “It has been an incredibly good feeling to develop together with the company, the management and the team. This has increased the sense of togetherness even more.

The company is still developing rapidly, and the people along with it. There are no borders, but clear systems and processes have been developed that significantly simplify work and integration. Of course, there are also some challenges, but the managers are humane and recognize the employees: This, in turn, creates the will to contribute even more.”

“The more people you have around, the better,” says office manager Dina, who has also had a long journey in the company. Ten years ago, after doing high-intensity work, Dina decided to take some time off. From there, the idea arose to look for new challenges, but rather in a more peaceful position. The job of Logistika Pluss inventory specialist seemed to be just right. Dina was welcomed into the company with open arms.

At the end of the fifth year, the position started to become too narrow for her, so she could test herself as a customer manager for the next two years instead. Further, the company’s CEO Toomas already invited her to chat and offered a new challenge as a office manager. As a person who loves communication, Dina thought that this position could suit her, and that is what she has been doing for the last three years. Dina considers good teamwork and supportive managers to be the most important.

Service manager Anne still remembers the emotions that overwhelmed her when she came to the company for an interview. “I was received in such a warm and friendly manner that it took my breath away. Six months later, I still have a smile on my face,” Anne describes her own impressions. A woman with extensive experience was looking for new challenges after leaving her previous job. Deep down, she wanted the position of customer manager, but everywhere she applied, the answer was that Anne was overqualified. According to her, Logistika Pluss was the first place where she was viewed as a person and not just a CV.

In addition, she had already done some research about the company and she really liked the Logistika Pluss website and Facebook page. She noticed that company’s employees were spoken about there in an extremely positive tone. It was clear that the human values of Logistika Pluss and Anne matched. For her, the working atmosphere and people are important criteria when choosing an employer, and it seems that she has found her second home in Logistika Pluss. Anne also talks about the on-boarding process, which according to her was very clear and transparent, because all activities are mapped and written down.
